How we work

Repono has a process driven way of working to ensure a clear understanding of what we do, how we do it and why we do it.

This allows the company and its employees to consistently perform, expand and, reflect and adjust, to improve. We strive to maintain a high level of quality and sustainability in what we deliver, in our working environment and how we affect our planet.

Repono falls under the NIS2 directive by being a part of the energy sector. And we are currently in the process of getting certified for the ISO standards:

ISO 9001 – Quality management
ISO 14001 – Environmental management
ISO 27001 – Information security management
ISO 45001 – Occupational health and safety management

What we contribute

Repono is proud to work in alignment with UN’s sustainability goals. All of them are important to us, and here are the goals that we are focusing on:

Goal 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy
Repono’s focus on energy storage and renewable energy sources directly contributes to ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all.

Goal 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
Repono has the possibility to collaborate with over 30 battery companies and other innovative technologies through the European Battery Alliance, fostering innovation and building resilient infrastructure as well as supporting sustainable industrialization.

Goal 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities
The transition to renewable energy and electrification of transport and facilities, supports the development of sustainable cities and communities.

Goal 13 – Climate Action
Repono’s core business, owning and operating large energy storage systems, facilitates the transition to renewable energy sources and the electrification of transport and facilities. This contributes to cutting greenhouse gas emissions and becoming climate neutral, aligning with the goal of taking urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
